M.A Humm Ltd is providing quantity surveying, cost management and procurement support to the specialist shopfitting contractor delivering the refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade II-listed property in Kent for G. Collins & Sons. The scheme incorporates dedicated retail environments for Rolex, Cartier and FOPE, together with customer, workshop and supporting accommodation across several floors.

It Included:

• Sensitive refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade II-listed, multi-storey retail property.
• Dedicated branded retail areas for Rolex, Cartier and FOPE.
• Internal alterations, drylining, ceilings and specialist floor build-ups.
• Bespoke joinery, display installations and high-quality finishes.
• New lighting, electrical, air-conditioning and ventilation installations.
• External façade repairs, sash-window works and redecoration.
• Room data sheets, trade procurement information and Bills of Quantities where the design allowed.
• Supplier and subcontractor quotation reviews, valuations, cost reporting and variation assessment.
• Progressive procurement of fixed-price trade packages as the design developed.
